What is Quality Management?

This area of business is concerned with making sure that the quality of the goods and services produced by an organization is as high as possible. Quality management ensures that the standards applied are such that the goods or services meet the needs of customers.

An example of quality management would be a manufacturing company. The company manufactures a product which has a particular standard that has to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements in place.
